Scarborough, Bridlington and West Riding Junction Railway Company
Incorporated on 6th August 1885. Two lines to connect the towns with the West Riding Junction and the North Eastern Railways. Only one was built between Driffield and Market Weighton, which opened in 1890 having already passed to the North Eastern Railway.
