Dundee Suburban Railway Company
Incorporated by Act of Parliament on 28th July 1884 to build a line skirting the city of Dundee and connecting with the Dundee and Arbroath, and the Caledonian Railways. The time to build the line was extended several times by further Acts but no line was ever built and the property of the company was sequestrated by the authorities.
