Kilsyth and Bonnybridge Railway Company
Incorporated on 10th August 1882.
An 8 ½ mile line connecting the Kelvin Valley Railway to the Caledonian Railway in Bonnybridge. It opened in 1888 and was worked by the Caledonian and the North British companies.
Capital £130,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £43,300. This was increased in 1887 by £6,000 and £2,000 respectively.
