Two major lines and three small branches running through Dumbartonshire, Perthshire and Inverness-shire, also connecting with the North British and Callander and Oban Railways. The line was extended numerous time before passing to the North British Railway in 1908.
Capital £540,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £180,000. New capital for extension on 1851 of £51,000 and £17,000 respectively.
