Incorporated on 12th August 1867. Four short lines totalling 7 miles to connect the Taff Vale and Vale of Neath Railways. Only a small section was actually built, this being leased to the Taff Vale Railway in 1889.
Capital £135,000 in £10 shares and £45,000 in loans. Capital reduced to £11,900 in 1878 when sections abandoned.
