
Kinner Airplane and Motor Corporation Ltd.
Incorporated in California 29th November 1919 by Bert Kinner, manager of Kinner Field. Bankrupt in 1937 and aircraft rights sold to O. W. Timm Aircraft Company and the engine division reformed as Kinner Motor Inc. in 1938. It was the largest produced of aircraft engines on the West Coast by 1941.
Original capital 100,000 shares of $1. By 1930 capital in shares of no par value. In 1934 converted back to shares of $1.
