Incorporated in Arizona by 1919. Built the Crow-Elhart motor cars from their factory at Elkhart, Indiana. This company is a reconstruction of the Crow-Elkhart Motor Car Company which was in financial difficulty by 1918. Ony 600 units were produced in 1921 despite the factory capacity being 10,000. Sold to Century Motors in 1923.
