White Oak Hill Spring and Hotel Company
Incorporated in Maine in 1900 to build the what was to become the Summit Springs House in Poland, Maine. The 133 room hotel was completed in 1904 at a cost of $200,000. Closed in 1948 and demolished in 1956.
