Originally incorporated as the Lincoln Standard Aircraft Company in 1920 it was acquired by Ray Page sometime later and he renamed it the Nebraska Aircraft Company and then again in 1927 to the Lincoln Aircraft Company. Page sold the company to Victor Roos in 1929 and the company was reincorporated as this.
