Incorporated in New Jersey in 1899 by Thomas Edison. Its claim to fame was the supply of concrete for the building of Yankee Stadium in 1922. Failed during the depression.
Capital $11,000,000 in 180,000 shares of Common stock and 40,000 shares of Preferred stock. Increased by 1906 to $12,000,000 by an additional 20,000 shares of Common stock.
