Incorporated in the Territory of New Mexico by 1903. All certificates are signed by Dallas J Osborne as President. The Osbornes came from Ohio to the West because of ill health – he had consumption. They formed this company for rearing sheep and wool but it failed in 1906 and the family moved to Denver. Dallas died in 1913.
