Broadway Surface Railroad Company
Incorporated in New York on 8th May 1884, by Jacob Sharp, the owner of the Broadway and Seventh Avenue Railroad, to run along Broadway from Union Square south to Bowling Green. Opened in 1885, and leased to the Broadway and Seventh Avenue Railroad.
