
Bush Terminal Company
Incorporated in New York in February 1902 to own and maintain piers, warehouses and a railroad terminal in New York between 43rd and 51st streets. Merged with Bush Company Limited in 1904 which also owned warehouses and piers.
Capital $8,500,000 in shares of $100, $7,000,000 Common and $1,500,000 Preferred. By 1927 the capital was restructured to 250,000 shares of Common stock of No Par Value, 23,000 shares of Preferred stock of $100 and 7% debenture stock in 250,000 shares of $100.
